Training sessions are offered in the privacy of your own home (travel charges apply) and in my home studio (Everett). Or you may join in on a Fitness Small Group at the Everett location. These small groups are offered for a more personal teaching atmosphere which allows all levels and ages of fitness participants!

Personalized sessions are tailored to each individual and to his/her fitness level, offered on a per-session basis or in packages.  These sessions are tailored to your specific goals or limitations thus allowing every client to reach their potential.  You will also receive nutritional input as needed without any product pushing or plan selling. The goal for my clients is to create a sustainable, active, fit, clean-eating lifestyle.  

You can share personal training sessions with your spouse or a friend also.  Share the cost and enjoy accountability.

Join in on a fitness small group, where you can enjoy the camaraderie of others without the military hype. You will receive up to 45 minutes of intense strength and endurance training with each class. The camp consists of 2 -4 sessions per week for 4 weeks.  No two classes are ever the same!  We utilize body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, BOSUs, battling ropes, TRX and any other great tool I can find to enhance the workout.

All group trainings have limited space available--please call to reserve your place (425) 387-5633.  There is also a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Evening Fitness Small Groups: 

*Tuesday/Thursday 4:30 and 6:30 at the Everett studio (2508 100th Street SE) space is limited, please call for availability. 

*More times may be available upon request by 3 or more clients.  

Morning Fitness Small Groups:   

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 9:00 (Everett location).

Can't make these times?  Bring friends and start your own class!  Customized camp times available afternoons or evenings.  Minimum of 3 participants required for guaranteed class times. Corporate camps may also available--give me a call.

Customized Body Camps for Brides are available---sign up your wedding party and look great for the wedding and honeymoon!  Email or call for further details or questions.  This camp includes unlimited classes, nutritional guidance,  3 one-on-one consultations for the Bride-to-be, plans for non-camp days, a group grocery store shopping trip, and weekly email accountability for the bride-to-be. Get the whole wedding party involved and create a custom camp just for your wedding! 

Try the 'refer a friend' program. If you refer a friend, who purchases either a package of training sessions or a Fitness Boot Camp, you get $25 off your next purchase and the friend receives one (1) free hour session or (1) free week of a body camp (cannot be combined with another offer).
